Japanese SP1 are available

Pivotal Global Technical Support has announced that Service Packs to Japanese editions of products in version 5.9 are available.

Provided Service Packs include:

  • Rich Client 5.9 SP1
  • Windows Client 5.9 SP1
  • Business Server 5.9 SP1
  • SyncStream 5.9 SP1
  • License Manager 1.0 SP1

Service Packs are recommended component of standard system maintenance and should be install all together. Updates are available to download from Pivotal Customer Portal site for all customers who possesses an actual maintenance agreement.

Pivotal OSM 5.9 is available

Pivotal Global Technical Support has informed that Outlook Synchronization Manager (OSM) 5.9 is available since today.

OSM is a server-based solution for synchronizing contacts, tasks and calendaring information between Pivotal 5.9 and Microsoft Outlook. It is the synchronization solution recommended for all Pivotal 5.9 deployments.

OSM 5.9 does not support Lotus Notes. The recommended Lotus Notes synchronization solution for Pivotal 5.9 can be obtained from Pivotal partner LinkPoint360.

Pivotal OSM is delivered together with Service Pack 2 for Pivotal SyncStream 5.9, which can be downloaded from Pivotal Customer Portal site ( possessing an active maintenance agreement is required). SP2 is currently available for English language deployments only. International version is now during localization.
