CDC Software is starting working on the next version of Pivotal CRM!
Despite the fact that Pivotal Sedna will be released in about 9 months, CDC Software has just initiate works on its successor. A new system was given a code name “Meritage”.
On the beginning of the week, chosen customers and deliverers of Pivotal CRM system received an invitation to the participation in a “Maritage Customer Input” program. Within the framework of this program until the end of April series of dedicated teleconferences will be organized. During the conferences there will be discussed how the proposed new functionality can help solving current problems of companies and how it can influence on building and realization of CRM strategy.
