E-learning courses
E-learning courses are realized via Internet. Each training contains a defined number of 3-hour sessions, and one training session is provided per one day.
102: Query Writing (2 online sessions) - a training dealing with creating Pivotal Queries for Pivotal CRM. Dedicated for advanced users of Pivotal system.
103: Report Writing (2 sessions) - a training of reporting in Pivotal CRM system. The scope of subject includes creating a basic reports in Pivotal system (Pivotal Reports) and creating reports using Crystal Reports. Course content contains also many topics about use of Crystal Reports version 10 features.
115: Pivotal Technology Foundations for Customizers and Administrators (4 sessions) - a technical training, discussing a basic of Pivotal CRM architecture.
118: Pivotal Technology Foundations for End Users (5 sessions) - a training for Pivotal CRM users. During the training there are discussed rules of working with system, basic business objects (Company, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Projects and Marketing Campaigns), activity management and tools available for users ( e.g.: LetterExpress, Queries, Reports, Research Services, etc.)
203: Lifecycle Engine Toolkit - Customizing for the Windows Access Interface (3 sessions) - a training from the scope of customizing a Windows Access interface. During the training there are discussed rules of implementation of application WA, customizing of forms and lists, defining security roles. Training does not include creating business logic of the system.
204: Toolkit Customization - Active Access Interface (3 sessions) - a training from the area of customization an Active Access interface. During the training there are discussed rules of implementation of application in AA procedure, adjusting of forms and lists, defining authorizations, implementation of multi-language version. The training does not include creating business logic of the system.
1100: Pivotal MarketFirst Essentials (5 sessions) - a basic training discussing a module for a management of marketing campaigns - Pivotal MarketFirst. During the training there are discussed basic functionalities of MarketFirst module, exemplary realizations of marketing campaigns and the best practices of using the tool in a marketing world. The training is dedicated for all Pivotal MarketFirst users, both technical and non-technical.
1110: Pivotal MarketFirst Power Users (4 sessions) - a training from advanced Pivotal MarketFirst functionalities. It discusses a technical aspects of Pivotal MarketFirst module, system’s architecture and the rules of right module’s administration.
1160: Pivotal Market First 5.9 Integration Administration (1 session) - a training for Pivotal MarketFirst administrators. During the training there is discussed a way of integrating Pivotal MarketFirst module with other applications and tools of Pivotal CRM platform.

200: Toolkit Customization (5 days) - a training for developers of Pivotal CRM system. During the training there is discussed a detailed process of customization of Pivotal system using a dedicated tool - Pivotal Toolkit.
201: Customizing Pivotal Agents (5 days) - a training for all developers of Windows Access interface. It discusses in detail a process of creating business logic using Pivotal Agents.
310: Lifecycle Engine - Administration (5 days) - a training for administrators and developers of Pivotal CRM system. It discusses in detail process of implementation of Pivotal Lifecyce Engine application server.
430: ePartner/eService Customization (5 days) - a training for developers of ePartner/eService modules – the customers’ and partners’ online access for Pivotal CRM system.
530: Active Access Application Customization (5 days) - a training for system’s developers of Active Access interface. During the training it is discussed a process of implementation of Active Access application (both interface and business logic) as well as the best practice of Pivotal Corporation.
Dedicated courses
Pivotal Foundations and Customization Boot Camp (5 days) - it is an intensive course of implementation of Pivotal CRM system, provided at customer’s site. The training includes the scope of trainings number 115, 200, 203 or 204 ( depends on type of interface - AA or WA - chosen by customer).
