A localization for a Spanish has been fulfilled in all available platform’s components. The Spanish version of Pivotal CRM v. 5.9 can be ordered at Pivotal system’s distributors as well as by Pivotal Customer Portal.

Previous versions
Pivotal CRM for Financial Services is available on the market since 2002, when the first version of application, called Financial Services 2.0 has been released. In the year 2003, 3.0 version was released, and since 2006 version 4.0 and 4.1 have been available. Next planned version of Financial Services is 5.9 version, prognosticated for June, 2007.

Capital IQ
The next step in developing of the solution is a project called “Capital IQ”, planned between third and fourth quarter of 2007. The Capital IQ project is a development of functionality for Investment Banking markets and providing integrated data from Capital IQ company. Within the framework of this integration, CDC Software plans include in Financial Services actual profiles of public and private enterprises from all around the world, consisting e.g.: data on directors, managers, financials, investments, transactions of these enterprises. Thanks to that, Pivotal CRM Financial Services will become actual and still updated database one of recognized in the market industrial intelligence!
Financial Services 5.10
For a beginning of 2008, there is scheduled a release of Financial Services 5.10, extending the product of the functionalities for enterprises from Institutional Brokerage market. The addition of following functionalities is planned:
For today, the details of above mentioned functionalities aren’t known.
First quarter of 2008 will bring us also an extension called “S&P MMD” which is going to add new functionalities for Institutional Asset Managers market.
Financial Services 6.0
And finally, the end of 2008 means a scheduled premiere of Pivotal CRM for Financial Services 6.0 for Pivotal CRM Sedna platform. It will be based on the experience from the previous versions, and it will constitute a brand new application, using new functionalities of Sedna platform. Combination of functionalities developed in version 5.9 with brand new user’s environment can bring fantastic effects and consequently a very attractive product of CRM class for financial sector.
