• A new out-of-the-box workflow template is available for the Institutional Asset Management line of business.

Pivotal Active Access Usability Enhancements

• Financial Services r5.9 takes advantage of Pivotal r5.9 functionality to enhance usability.
• New features include anchored segments for forms, column spanning, and a new shortcut menu.

Enhanced Relationship Tree

• The Relationship Tree View has been enhanced to show further degrees of separation.
• Support has been added for creating relationships between employees and companies or contacts.

New SmartPortals and Reports

• Financial Services r5.9 provides new SmartPortals for the Capital Markets line of business, and provides new reports for the Capital Markets, Commercial banking, Private Banking, and Institutional Asset Management lines of business.
• Financial Services provides support for news feeds (RSS).

Rollup Notes for Completed Activities List

• A Rollup Notes View with a date and time stamp is available for the completed activities list, with the option to copy the list.

Group Calendar Notification

• Enhanced Group Calendar notification options are enabled to allow users to notify meeting attendees and calendar owners when meeting details are modified.
   

MarkeFirst Integration

• Financial Services r5.9 has been updated to work with Pivotal MarketFirst r5.10.

OSM r5.9 and Intellisync for Pivotal r5.1 Integration

• Financial Services r5.9 has been updated to support OSM r5.9 and Intellisync for Pivotal r5.1.

Handheld and Wireless Integration
