Two brand new hotfix’s have been published and are available for download from Pivotal Customer/Partner Portal website.
The adjustments are dedicated for Pivotal Web Services Generator 5.9 and Pivotal Financial Services 5.9 .

Pivotal Web Services Generator - Resolved issue where access errors occurred while deploying the generated Web Services on an IIS box
without a local installation of Pivotal Lifecycle Server.
Pivotal FS 5.9 - MMD 2007 r2.0 is not compatible with Financial Services r5.9.
