RS Components Hong Kong, a part of Electrocomponents PLC group, has chosen Pivotal CRM platform for supporting its processes of management of relations with customers. System will be implemented in 14 company’s offices in Asia Pacific territory, including 7ones in China itself.
Pivotal CRM system will be used for management and monitoring a broadly understood customers’ service, for instance: contact and activity management, telesales and sales account planning, account territories alignment, scorecard tracking, monitoring visits to the customers and prospects. RS will use Pivotal CRM system also to marketing customers’ service. Moreover, Pivotal CRM system will be bi-directionally integrated with ERP system, used in RS.
