Pivotal 5.9 at IE 7

CDC Software has released information about scheduled date of giving out a package of adjustments, ensuring a correct functioning of Pivotal CRM 5.9 system with web browser Internet Explorer 7.

The package of adjustments ensuring compatibility of 5.9 version of system with IE 7 will be released on the last week of April. The adjustments will concern the English language version of system. The adjustments for French and Japanese version will be released after translation at a later date.

Since today a mobile solution Pivotal CRM HandHeld version 5.10 is in sale.
In new version a user’s interface and a synchronization mechanism have been improved. Moreover, the adjustments for errors reported dealing with a previous version have been implemented.

A new user’s interface allows creating more dynamic and developed forms and implementing extended business logic, based on a value of individual fields. Users gains also an influence on a range of synchronizing data.

Pivotal HandHeld is a mobile solution for BlackBerry devices, which enables an access to Pivotal CRM system’s data practically anywhere and anywhen. Getting connected with Pivotal CRM server is followed by bi-directional data synchronization. Thanks to that, mobile users receive the access for actual data and stationary employees gain a fast access to local information. Pivotal HandHeld enables also the access to the data offline, that is without a connection with the Internet. In that case the application uses data collected on a portable device.

In connection with providing Pivotal HandHeld 5.10, the documentation for this solution, including administrator’s manual, installation guide and so called Release Notes - a list of introduced changes - has been published at Pivotal Partner/Customer websites.
