A mobile version of Pivotal Financial Services 5.9 application for BlackBerry devices has been just released.

Pivotal HandHeld for Financial Services 5.9 enables field employees the access for customer’s data, tasks’ meetings’ and activities’ planning from the level of a mobile device.

The application supports all the five business areas: Private Banking, Commercial Banking, Wholesale Asset Management, Institutional Asset Management and Capital Markets.

The users has the ability of searching, creating, modifying and browsing:

  • the data of enterprises, contact persons and activities from all the business areas,
  • the data of sale’s opportunities for areas of Private Banking, Commercial Banking, and Institutional Asset Management,
  • the data of events for areas of Institutional Asset Management and Capital Markets,
  • the data of transactions for Capital Markets area

Additionally, the Pivotal HandHeld for Financial Services 5.9  application can be adapted for specified requirements of the enterprise by implementation of new functionalities and processes service.

Since today a mobile solution Pivotal CRM HandHeld version 5.10 is in sale.
In new version a user’s interface and a synchronization mechanism have been improved. Moreover, the adjustments for errors reported dealing with a previous version have been implemented.

A new user’s interface allows creating more dynamic and developed forms and implementing extended business logic, based on a value of individual fields. Users gains also an influence on a range of synchronizing data.

Pivotal HandHeld is a mobile solution for BlackBerry devices, which enables an access to Pivotal CRM system’s data practically anywhere and anywhen. Getting connected with Pivotal CRM server is followed by bi-directional data synchronization. Thanks to that, mobile users receive the access for actual data and stationary employees gain a fast access to local information. Pivotal HandHeld enables also the access to the data offline, that is without a connection with the Internet. In that case the application uses data collected on a portable device.

In connection with providing Pivotal HandHeld 5.10, the documentation for this solution, including administrator’s manual, installation guide and so called Release Notes - a list of introduced changes - has been published at Pivotal Partner/Customer websites.
